Welcome to the Engagement Website for the Rotary Park and Stockyards City Choice Neighborhood Planning Process!

Help develop a plan to transform Will Rogers Courts, activate the surrounding neighborhood, and ensure all residents are stable and thriving.

In September 2023, the Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) and the City were awarded a HUD Choice Neighborhoods (CN) Planning Grant for the Rotary Park and Stockyards City neighborhood. Oklahoma City is one of 14 communities nationwide to receive this grant in 2023. This grant funds a two-year planning process that focuses on Will Rogers Courts and the surrounding neighborhood.

The transformation plan will focus on three areas:

  • Housing - redevelopment of the 348 units at Will Rogers Courts into high-quality, mixed-income housing
  • Neighborhood - activation, placemaking, and economic development in the Rotary Park and Stockyards City neighborhood
  • People - Supporting Will Rogers Courts' families so that all residents can thrive related to health, education, safety, employment, mobility, and well-being

We Want to Hear From You!

If you live in Will Rogers Courts or are a part of the wider neighborhood, we want to hear what's important to you. The two surveys below will help us understand what Will Rogers Courts residents and the neighborhood needs.
